Sprinklers have been known as the most effective form of fire protection for a long time. The varieties of systems that Cofessco Fire Protection designs, installs, and services include:
Wet Sprinkler Systems
Dry Pipe Systems
Stand Pipe Systems
In-rack Sprinkler Systems
FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM MONITORING (24 hours a day)
Sprinkler systems can be connected to a central station monitoring service for greater protection 24 hours a day. In the event of a fire, the self-operation of your sprinkler system will result in a call to your local fire department and/or anyone you list with the central station monitoring service. There are other advantages too, particularly for the discovery of a malfunctioning system. A dry pipe system that develops a slow air leak can result in winter freezing and serious ice and water damage to your property. If such a system is monitored, the air leak triggers an alarm and a costly disaster may be averted.
FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM SERVICE: Inspection, Testing and Maintenance
To ensure their reliability, sprinkler systems must be inspected, tested and maintained in accordance with the requirements of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and your local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). Cofessco Fire Protection will work out a program for periodic testing, inspection, and maintenance that is right for you and that conforms to all NFPA code requirements as well as the requirements of your local AHJ.
